Insurance AR Collections Specialist

$18$20 / hr Monthly Bonus In-Office

We are a multi-location service company seeking an Insurance Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage follow-up on insurance invoices and customer balances. This role requires strong communication organization and experience working with insurance carriers or similar billing environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance carriers adjusters TPAs and customers regarding outstanding payments
• Track AR aging and maintain detailed documentation of all collection activity
• Request any missing paperwork needed to release payment
• Communicate professionally by phone and email to resolve billing questions
• Provide weekly updates on progress and results

Qualifications

• 2 years AR or collections experience
• Experience with insurance or medical billing is strongly preferred
• Persistent organized and comfortable managing a high volume of accounts
• Able to work independently and meet performance goals

Compensation & Work Environment

• $18$20 per hour depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonus
• Stable long-term role with growth opportunities

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
