Job Description :

The Client Services & Readiness Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for a high volume of customer requests, ensuring timely and professional service. This role is responsible for onboarding new customers and resources into market participation, resolving complex technical inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring proven customer service skills, CRM expertise, and strong analytical ability to support both operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the face of the organization by managing ~1,000 customer requests annually with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage onboarding and engagement of new customers and resources for market participation.
• Collaborate across business areas to resolve complex questions related to markets, operations, registration, and planning.
• Utilize CRM systems (Dynamics strongly preferred) to track, manage, and follow through on customer interactions.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical techniques to assess issues, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions.
• Build and run queries in Knowledge Management tools; communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members by sharing expertise in systems, resources, and processes.
