  • Analyze CT / NDT results to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing to define inspection requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of the metrology lab, including equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Develop measurement control plans and quality documentation within the ERP and QMS systems.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing to drive conformance to FIA regulations and company quality standards.
  • Provide accurate, actionable feedback to support manufacturing and inspection readiness milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills in dimensional metrology, GD&T, and interpretation of complex engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in programming and operating CT and NDT systems.
  • Expertise in the use of NDE software, CAD data integration, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in fixture design, process development, and inspection automation.
  • Solid understanding of MSA and SPC.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Motorsport, aerospace, or medical device industry experience.
  • Certifications such as GD&T, ASNT, and / or ASQ CQE.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and / or additive manufactured components.
  • Experience with ERP / QMS integration (e.g., IFS).
  • Understanding of machining processes and design intent.
  • Personal Attributes

  • Strong collaborative attitude with excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with initiative to propose and implement new ideas.
  • Passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to integrity, ownership, and building systems from the ground up.
