Apartment Community in Windsor, CO looking for an outgoing individual with great people skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee property activity including but not limited to leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
- Supervise and train property staff.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
- Maintain property appearance to ensure compliance with company expectation and policy.
- Communicate effectively with Corporate Staff, Vendors, Residents and Property Investors.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (i.e., Fair Credit Act, Fair Housing Act).
- Effectively monitor, analyze, and resolve resident delinquencies.
