Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Daily tasks include designing and implementing manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, conducting time studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production. The role also involves implementing cost-saving initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering Principles
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering principles
• Experience with Machining
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Having experience in SolidWorks is ideal but not required;
• Ability to work on-site in St. Petersburg, FL
