Sheet Metal Supervisor

Job Title : Sheet Metal Supervisor Location : Greater Cleveland, OH (must be willing to travel up to ~40 miles as needed) Pay : Up to $35 / hour, based on experience Job Description : Power Labor is seeking a skilled and highly experienced Sheet Metal Supervisor to oversee commercial projects in and around the Greater Cleveland area. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to guide mid-level and helper-level employees to successful project completion. Responsibilities : Supervise and lead teams of 3–5 sheet metal workers on commercial projects Manage and direct daily activities of journeymen, mid-level workers, and helpers Read and interpret blueprints fluently to ensure proper installation and workflow Oversee project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates using Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot issues and assist with startup of equipment as required Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site for efficient job completion Requirements : Proven supervisory experience in the commercial sheet metal trade Strong leadership skills with ability to direct, motivate, and manage teams Ability to fluently read and understand blueprints and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for project tracking and communication Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and manage equipment startup Must have personal sheet metal tools and required PPE (boots, safety glasses, hard hat) Clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to pass drug screen and background check Willingness to travel up to 40 miles as needed for projects Compensation : Up to $35 / hour, based on experience Benefits with Power Labor : Competitive and affordable benefits package Paid holidays on select dates 5 days PTO Referral program – earn rewards for connecting us with other great tradespeople Apply Today!
