Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position is available for a contract assignment supporting K-12 students. This opportunity requires a versatile professional to assist occupational therapists across elementary, middle, and high school levels, providing essential therapeutic services to support student development.

Location : Corona, CA

Duration : Contract through the current school year (CSY)

Schedule : Approximately 7 hours per day

Start Date : Immediate placement through June

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement individualized therapy plans for students across various grade levels.
• Provide therapeutic support in classroom and therapy settings to enhance students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Assist in documentation and progress monitoring in pliance with school and district guidelines.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and promote inclusive learning environments.
• Engage with school staff and families to support student outes and coordinate care.
