LocumJobsNetwork is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Urology MD in Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326!

About The Position

We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Dec 22, 2025. This role features a combination of day shifts and 24-hour on-call coverage at a 99-bed hospital, with responsibilities in both clinic and inpatient settings.

  • Dec 25 : 8am-8am (24-hour)
  • Dec 26 : 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch), night beeper call 5pm-8am
  • Dec 27 : 8am-8am (24-hour)
  • Dec 28 : 8am-8am (24-hour)
  • Shift Details : Combination of standard day shifts, night beeper call, and 24-hour on-call

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general urology coverage in both inpatient and clinic settings
  • Perform in-clinic vasectomies
  • Manage on-call responsibilities for urology cases
  • Optional : infant circumcision (outpatient, not required)
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and documentation standards

    • Additional Information

  • Arizona license or IMLC required
  • DEA required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in urology
  • Robotics not required
  • Board certification in urology preferred (BC / BE accepted)
