A company is looking for a Director of Sales, US to lead institutional and enterprise client acquisition across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue generation for the US business, focusing on institutional, corporate, and fund issuer clients
Source and manage a pipeline of private market opportunities including digital fund issuances and tokenized assets
Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, asset managers, and private market participants
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in capital markets, fintech, or asset management
Requisite FINRA Licensing (S7, S63, S24 & S79 at a minimum)
Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, or digital asset products
Proven track record of originating and closing complex B2B or institutional deals
Strong understanding of securities regulations (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, etc.)
