Key Responsibilities
- Grow and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers in the wood products manufacturing sector.
- Promote and sell Stiles' machinery, systems, and services while expanding sales and tracking competitor activity.
- Consult with customers on factory layout, workflow, and product applications to create tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and Stiles' internal teams, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.
- Stay on top of new products, applications, and industry trends to better serve customers and strengthen Stiles' market position.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, track sales performance, and build long-term growth strategies.
- Host customer visits, lead product demonstrations, and present solutions to decision-makers.
Qualifications
A proven track record in sales, with a self-driven and customer-focused mindset.57 years of field sales or account management experience, ideally in machinery, equipment, or manufacturing systems.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to adapt, influence, and create solutions that meet customer needs.What You Can Expect
