Office Administrator

Are you a master multitasker, maestro of organization, and the commander of chaos? We’re on the lookout for an Office Administrator hero to join our team and YOU might be just the answer!

As an Office Administrator, you will be the administrative expert behind the scenes and transforming the office into a well-oiled machine!

Details of this fundamental role?

  • Open and close the office and warehouse during normal business hours and greet guests as they arrive.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure office looks sharp and ready for action, with any necessary supplies readily available and restock as needed.
  • Help out and backup to shipping / receiving when needed.
  • Provide Sales reps a helping hand by coordinating sales documents and process orders through funding.
  • Get in touch with the customer within 24 hours from receipt of order submitted.
