Job descriptionBachelor's in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or similar. 37 years in contract management, auditing, or analytics. Excel & BI tools, Contract management platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba), Financial benchmarking, Report writing. Integrity, Critical thinking, Communication with legal / finance staff, and Risk awareness. May be responsible for periodic vendor scorecard development. Familiarity with federal or state acquisition rules preferred. Often serves as liaison between procurement, finance, and auditing teams. Role requires interaction with legal counsel for compliance matters. Must understand public procurement regulations. Teamwork the ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant and effectively as a team leader Leadership the ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives Business Acumen understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people Communication ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing Motivation persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions Agility ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or workstreams Judgment exercises prudence and insight in the decision-making process while being mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications Organization the ability to manage projects and actions and prioritize tasks Business Tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. ProSidian seeks a Contract Performance Data Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 for program support on a part-time basis located CONUS - Norristown, PA across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting a county government in the State of Pennsylvania (MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat.
Seeking Contract Performance Data Analyst candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a part-time or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 2 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
