We look for people with bold ideas, courage, and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future. Our culture emphasizes curiosity, diversity, and bringing your whole self to work, with a drive to do what others think is impossible.
We are looking for a Senior Staff Electronic Warfare (EW) / Radio Frequency (RF) Systems Engineer to join our Airborne Multifunction Systems (AMS) organization. The AMS organization supports solving problems in the field and driving new solutions into next-generation EW and multi-function systems across various platforms and environments. The role supports the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team on multiple major development programs, including sensors for current and next-generation air and sea platforms (e.g., EA-18 Growler, SEWIP, unmanned programs, and other restricted programs and missions). This position is based in Linthicum, MD and is 100% on-site.
What You’ll Get To Do
As the Senior Staff EW / RF Systems Engineer, you will be primarily engaged in the development and fielding of Electronic Surveillance and / or Electronic Attack systems for advanced dedicated and multi-function RF subsystems. You will work early in the system lifecycle by developing parametric representations, visualizations, and data-driven analyses to support sensor requirements definition and use case validation. You will also be involved in integrating sensor modes and trackers, transitioning from digital simulation environments to sensor labs and our fleet of specially modified test aircraft. You will engage with customers to balance functional and performance requirements with other sensor functionalities, enabling true multi-function operation.
This position is contingent upon contract award, the successful transfer of an active DoD Secret Clearance, and the ability to obtain Special Program Access prior to start.
