Job Description :
We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Assistant in Detroit. The Social Media Assistant will play a key role in supporting our social media presence and engaging with our online community to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
Pay range :
$20.50 - $31.00 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that align with The One Agency's brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and interactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media content, campaigns, and promotions with other marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
