About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support daily procurement activities and ensure timely, accurate purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role is essential for maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and supporting both field and office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process purchase orders, maintain purchasing records, and verify accuracy of pricing and quantities
- Source materials and supplies from approved vendors; request and compare quotes
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and handle routine inquiries or issues
- Track shipments, deliveries, and backorders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist with inventory control, including data entry and cycle counts
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and the accounting department to support purchasing needs
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications :
