Director of Quality Control

A company is looking for a Director of Issues Management and Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Dealer Review, Quality Testing, and Issues Management processes while monitoring Operations Support functions

Identify and prioritize testing areas, manage the testing process, and communicate findings to management

Identify trends and risks, communicate findings, and create policies and procedures for Quality Control

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent professional work experience

Eight (8) plus years of experience in consumer finance with three (3) years in supervisory / management roles

Thorough understanding of loan originations and servicing processes

Knowledge of federal and state laws applicable to auto finance preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; database skills preferred
