Bring your skills as a real estate & international law attorney for Bell Textron Inc., a military & commercial helicopter company. On-site in Fort Worth, TX. Reports to the Deputy General Counsel of Commercial Business.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Attorney

• Primary attorney for facilities matters & governance of global legal entities.
• Deliver timely, practical legal & business advice to domestic & international operations.
• Provide legal guidance on real-estate related issues : transaction financing, leasing, construction.
• Manage & track legal entity licensing, local registrations, compliance & coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage outside counsel on real estate & corporate matters.
• Travel as necessary.
