Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct dental care to assigned inmate population.
• Manage and supervise operations at assigned dental clinic to ensure compliance with appropriate standards.
• Manage and supervise assigned dental assistant personnel.
• As directed by Director of Dental Services, provide dental care at alternate institutions in addition to where the position is assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

SCDC Minimum Requirements :

(Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).

Licensed to practice Dentistry in the State of South Carolina. Graduation from an approved school of Dentistry.

Preferred Qualifications

Three (3) years of dental experience preferred.
