The Manager, Content Engineer leads a team that supports products through quality control, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and production, using AI, no‑code tools, and data analytics to create and refine the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a content engineering team that develops, tests, and deploys AI‑based content solutions.
- Plan and execute prompt engineering strategies, including synthetic data generation and artifact creation for both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with technical product teams to bring R&D concepts from prototype to production.
- Coach, mentor, and guide team members, fostering growth and high performance.
- Represent the team and product in cross‑functional discussions and customer interactions.
- Advocate for user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (UX / UI design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.Proven experience with GPT or similar AI content generation technologies (Claude Code, Kibana).Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch and integration with Kibana.Excellent communication of complex technical concepts.Experience engaging with customers to drive product adoption.3+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring product teams.Experience with project management / documentation tools such as Notion.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other OpenAI products.Background in content creation or digital marketing.Familiarity with no‑code or low‑code platforms.Competencies
