French Pub & Restaurant in Depew, NY is looking for one kitchen manager / head chef to join our 63 person strong team. We are located on 1250 French Rd.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
Train, coach, and develop employees and team leadersWork side by side with team members leading by exampleDevelop menu and recipesDelegate tasks to team and provide follow-upHold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as neededStreamline the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service timesManaging inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for serviceSubmit daily orders to food purveyorsEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in placeTracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential wasteStaff and schedule appropriately to control labor costsEnsure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are metQualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workersAbility to be creative with new menu itemsAbility to work all stations on the cook linePossess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and cultureAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurantStrong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organizeWe are looking forward to hearing from you.
