Senior Business Insights Analyst (Chicago)

This role is responsible for leveraging data and transforming it into insights and reporting that can be utilized across all levels of the organization. This role will be engaged in driving the business both through support of our business partners in both the offices and field teams along with informing strategy for our support teams as well.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for :

• Utilizing data to uncover trends and insights, connecting changes in operational metrics to broader business performance, and craft compelling narratives that inform stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Driving organizational excellence through insights and recommendations to optimize how we capture volume and rate to drive efficiency in our patient funnels
• Develop and distribute reporting that integrates both daily operational metrics and monthly financial results to inform end-users of the current state of the business
• Drive action from key stakeholders including leaders for the Field, Service Lines, and the Executive Leadership Team
• Add value to reporting through insights that go beyond what the target audiences can infer through data alone
• Create ad hoc analyses that determine the root cause of an issue and provide recommendations on how to drive improved results
• Having full understanding of how key metrics are derived, what they mean and what drivers relate to each
• Enforcing data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and operational management reporting
