Enterprise Resilience Testing Leader

A company is looking for a Resilience Testing Program Leader (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute scenario-based enterprise resilience testing exercises

Coordinate cross-functional participation to validate critical business service continuity

Track, analyze, and report test results, including identifying gaps and recommendations for remediation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in enterprise resilience, recovery, business continuity, crisis / incident management, technology, or risk management

OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in the same fields

5+ years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, operational risk, or resilience testing within regulated industries

Strong understanding of operational resilience principles and incident response practices

Experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises or scenario-based testing
