We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the month-end close process, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing lease accounting, stock-based compensation, ERP implementations, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. This position requires a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Improve processes impacting the accounting month-end and year-end close process.
• Responsible for all aspects of lease accounting.
• Prepare lease accounting disclosures related to the Company’s filings with the SEC.
• Assist in developing and implementing robust internal accounting controls.
• Prepare and record general ledger entries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Account for stock-based compensation in compliance with ASC 718.
• Compile technical accounting analysis of complex accounting transactions, such as new contracts or business combinations :

Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies in accordance with GAAP.
