Business Development Representative
Base Annual Salary : $135,000
Bonus : $25,000 for every million go over sales goal of year
Full Time Position : 50 Hours
FLSA : Exempt
Working Hours :
Monday-Friday 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm
(Hours will vary as needed)
Report to Vice President
Job Summary : The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in both existing and new markets. This person will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that align business goals with client needs in land surveying and related industries.
