The Manager, IT Operations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of IT operations to ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of the organization's technology environment. This role manages teams, processes, and services that support infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user technologies. Partners with Engineering, Information Security, and business stakeholders to align IT operations with business objectives and deliver high-quality service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to support organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations of infrastructure, systems, applications, and IT service management (ITSM) functions.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through monitoring, maintenance, and incident response.
• Manage IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for operations, security, and compliance.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to align operational priorities with strategic initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and optimize budgets, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and adoption of best practices.
• Prepare and present operational metrics, performance reports, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
