Your Mission as a PO Coordinator :

Order Processing and Management : Efficiently process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified timelines and budgets.

Vendor Relations : Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and managing communications to support project and operational needs.

Inventory Control : Monitor inventory levels, anticipating needs and coordinating with suppliers to restock supplies and manage backorders effectively.

Data Accuracy : Ensure the integrity of purchase order data within our systems, updating records and reports as needed to provide accurate tracking and analysis.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and address any PO-related issues promptly.
