Machine Learning Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, ML Engineering to lead efforts in Accelerated Machine Learning tools and Analytics Pipelines on GPUs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team while ensuring project planning, execution, and quality of ML libraries

Collaborate with Product and Project Management teams and external partners on ML applications for community and enterprise benefits

Define success criteria for library development, integration, and benchmarking, providing technical leadership across teams

Required Qualifications

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field

3 years of experience in recruiting, training, and leading software engineering teams

Experience in the full ML lifecycle, from research to deployed model

Experience in designing and developing complex multi-language software stacks (C++ / CUDA and Python)
