Must Haves
- 4‑yr Technical Degree (CS or equivalent)
- 8+ yrs of SW development
- 5+ yrs of Ruby on Rails
- 3+ yrs designing and implementing complex business logic, state machines, or rule engines (AASM, Workflow, or custom rule engines).
- 3+ yrs of RSpec, MiniTest, and comprehensive integration testing suites.
- 3+ yrs using AI‑augmented development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies
