We're seeking a PCC - Complex Scheduler who will work collaboratively with staff and patients to schedule complex appointments. This individual will :

• Perform advanced and time intensive scheduling tasks to support complex surgeries and / or imaging and procedures outside of current clinic such as hospital or OP radiology center.
• To be defined as advanced and time intensive, 75% or more of the employee's time must be spent completing all three of the below scheduling tasks :
• Coordination of multiple specialties
• Coordination of pre-operation and post-operation testing / clearance
• May also perform the following :
• Coordination of complex, sequential treatment appointments including clinical trials and standard of care patients
• Coordination of transplant related work up and evaluations for donors and patients
• Serves as the primary point of care for these patients and their families.
• Additional duties may include : registering or scheduling new patients and return visits, scheduling ancillary appointments and imaging and procedures within their local clinic.
