Job Title : Foreman / Sitework

Location : Willoughby Ohio

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a Foreman /   Sitework for Parking Lot projects.

Must have experience in earthwork grading, storm sewers and catch basins, pipe, asphalt pavement, concrete walks and curbs, pavement striping, etc.

Responsible for installing and repairing underground pipes for parking lots, including stormwater management systems, sewer systems, and water mains, working in confined spaces, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and Interpret Blueprints : Understand and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
• Trench Digging : Use trenching tools to dig trenches to required depths.
• Pipe Installation : Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing. Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems.
• Cutting and Connecting Pipes : Cut pipes to required lengths and connect pipe pieces, sealing joints using welding equipment, cement, or glue.
• Slope Checking : Check slopes for conformance to requirements using levels or lasers.
• Covering Pipes : Cover pipes with earth or other materials.
• Testing Systems : Test pipe systems for leaks and other problems.
• Safety Compliance : Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
