We are a global provider of technology products, services and solutions, with 2020 sales of over $30 billion.The Senior Oracle Apps DBA is responsible for managing and planning the administration, installation, configuration, support and maintenance of all ERP application and database components.

The Senior Oracle Apps DBA oversees and assists with the analysis of the overall ERP environment, identifies trends in database operation and evaluates the impact on the existing environment.

The Senior Oracle Apps DBA must keep apprised of emerging technologies and packaged solutions pertaining to Oracle EBS and database technology and act as specialist regarding database engine and support tools.

This resource must work in an analytical and troubleshooting role and is expected to make critical decisions affecting service levels.

These decisions must be timely as any errors can cause substantial delay, expense, and / or disruption of service. *What You'll Be Doing : Conduct root cause analysis on persistent or major database related problems.

Restores the database in the event of hardware or equipment failure* Executes Cloning procedure, performs patch administration, and coordinates installation and upgrade of DBMS* Works with the development teams to improve application performance, tunes code and database queries* Monitors overall database usage and recommends hardware adjustments to ensure efficient system operation* Manage and coordinate the SR Resolution Process, assign resources to resolve user service request and / or incidents*What We're Looking For : Must have demonstrated talent and success with low-level server and performance troubleshooting related to Oracle ERP 12.

2 environments.* Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle database technologies* Solid knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate and data integration technologies* Working knowledge of WebLogic and middle tier technologies* Experience modern databases versions including 19c* Experience with Oracle RAC* Familiar with cloud technologies Microsoft Azure preferred* Good coding skills - Java and PL / SQL preferredExperience / EducationTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree;
