About the Role

Seeking a Product Delivery Manager to coordinate the onboarding of new websites onto a digital publishing platform for state agencies. This role manages project teams, resources, schedules, and deliverables from initiation to closure, ensuring smooth implementation of web content solutions. Projects typically include website launches, content consulting, and occasional software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of website onboarding and related projects for state agencies, including planning, execution, control, and closure.

Develop project charters, confirm scope, schedule, resources, risks, and manage changes using formal project management methodologies.

Assemble project teams, assign roles, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance for custom and off-the-shelf applications.

Conduct stakeholder and executive-level meetings, presentations, and regular status updates.

Manage project tracking and documentation using Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Evaluate risks, define and implement risk management strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Formalize project acceptance and closure, capturing lessons learned and continuous improvement documentation.

Advise and provide technical guidance for Drupal-based content management systems and related digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

5+ years project management experience for website development using Agile methods.

5+ years experience with project management digital tools, including Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Demonstrated expertise in risk evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management (3+ years).

Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Desired Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar formal project management certification.

Prior experience working with state websites in Georgia or similar government organizations.
