Job Description
Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting all aspects of a guest's journey before check in and after moving out.
Takes over after Sales once the booking process has been completed and is responsible for unit readiness.
Responsible for notifying external partners (building partners, landlords) of new deals and ensuring all requirements are submitted before the Check-in day.
Cooperates closely with Operations and external partners (landlords, cleaners, delivery services) before and after the guests stay.
Requirements
Must have excellent English, oral and written communication skills.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
With pleasing personality and customer service oriented.
Qualifications
At least college level, preferably a degree in any hospitality course.
With excellent Customer Service experience for over a year.
Has worked in hospitality BPO or any related experience.
