Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales Presentations : Effectively communicate insurance products and services to potential clients.Policy Analysis : Review and evaluate existing policies to identify coverage gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.Customer Service : Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Networking : Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners to expand client base.
Requirements
Licensing : Possess or willingness to obtain a valid insurance license in Nebraska.
Industry Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal capabilities with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Results-Driven : A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a non-remote environment and adapting to changing work priorities.
