Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the Customer Success technology ecosystem, focusing on Gainsight and collaborating with other systems
Design business rules for customer engagement and maintain integrations and data flows
Apply Agile practices to manage workload, track progress, and ensure data quality and governance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience administering Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms
Proven experience in Customer Success or Post-Sales operations within a SaaS environment
Experience in Agile or sprint-based environments, utilizing tools like JIRA
Experience with data integrations and automation tools such as Workato or Zapier
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tactical execution with long-term system thinking
