• General Cleaning : Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Support Housekeeping Staff : Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation, including delivering supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities. Report low inventory levels to the supervisor.
• Maintenance Assistance : Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, and reporting larger issues to maintenance personnel.
• Guest Services : Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Safety and Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
