Overview
Manager, Cloud Architect at KPMG US join the team in the Global Technology & Knowledge Group.
KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, secure cloud solutions across Azure and Google Cloud Platform, with emphasis on enterprise-scale automation and collaboration with architects, security, and SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Implement scalable, secure and high-performing cloud solutions on Azure and GCP, leveraging hands-on experience with the platforms.
- Create and maintain reusable templates and code to automate solution delivery and deployment processes across multiple cloud providers.
- Partner with enterprise architects, security teams, and SMEs to establish DevOps standards and procedures.
- Provide expert-level recommendations and best practices for utilizing Azure and GCP products and services, delivering automated, secure cloud infrastructure solutions at enterprise scale.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document technical configurations and deployment procedures to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in designing, implementing, and operating secure architectures in a public cloud environment, preferably in a large enterprise, government, or financial services setting.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.Detail-oriented with effective time management, and strong technical writing and editing skills.Ability to organize technical information from meeting notes, business specifications, and client interviews.Ability to work effectively with clients, IT management, and team members.Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical and independent judgment skills; ability to mentor and be a credible knowledge source for less experienced team members.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship is available for this opportunity.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.Benefits and Compliance

California Salary Range : $115,600 $246,900
