As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol in Indianapolis, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
