Compensation : $75,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
- Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional / work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs
- Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
- Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
- Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
- Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions
- Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
- Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially, so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events / circumstances they may encounter
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
- Cultivating relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
- Providing compassion and guidance to clients when life circumstances arise
- Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of the community over time
Qualifications :
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools desiredA required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related fieldExemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clientsThough not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63 / 66 license is considered a plusWorking knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor or responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essentialDemonstrated sales experience or an enterprising attitudeExcellent communicative skills, both written and verbalDedicated to helping families and businesses live their best livesKnowledgeable about the business industryWell-presented and professional in all interactionsResilient and determined when faced with adversitySkilled in leveraging personal connections and networks to build relationshipsMust be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the USAbout Company
