About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our growth story with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You'll lead full cycle recruiting for critical functions like Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success, directly impacting our revenue growth and customer success.

• Full-Cycle Hiring Excellence : Expertly managing the entire recruiting lifecycle prioritizing speed, quality, and a best-in-class candidate journey.
• Innovative Talent Attraction : Develop creative sourcing strategies for crucial GTM roles and talent market strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Hiring Process Champion : Partner with hiring managers on effective structured interviews, mitigating bias, and enhancing candidate engagement to boost consistency and offer acceptance rates.
• Collaborative Success : Partner seamlessly with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure alignment of processes, leveling, and compliance across all hiring activities.
