As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dedicated team of professionals.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer with strong residential and / or light commercial installation experience. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a team leader, and has a passion for delivering top-notch workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities :

Lead HVAC system installations from start to finish (split systems, package units, ductless, etc.)

Supervise and support installation crews

Ensure all work meets company and code standards

Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and team members

Maintain clean, organized job sites

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues

Qualifications :

3+ years HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)

EPA Certification required

Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, and controls

Ability to read blueprints and interpret job layouts

Leadership and time management skills

Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
