Benefits
The starting base rate for qualified candidates is $26 per hour. The approximate effective rate is $30 per hour for a first-year, full-time coach, which includes benefits, commissions, and quarterly bonuses. Part-time and full-time employment options include:

*range estimates are based on 50 working weeks at 36-40 work hours per week
New coaches will qualify for the full benefits and quarterly bonuses below after completing the required 90-day training period:
