Position Overview :

• Job Title : Assistant Manager
• Salary : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Schedule : Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the operations at Prado Verde , a 181-space manufactured housing community located in Westminster, CA . This role includes assisting with leasing activities, resident relations, and rent collection, while ensuring compliance with property policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager also helps ensure the community is well-maintained, providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants while supporting the Community Manager in meeting property performance goals.
