Position Overview :

• Job Title : Assistant Manager
• Salary : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Schedule : Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the operations at Prado Verde , a 181-space manufactured housing community located in Westminster, CA .This role includes assisting with leasing activities, resident relations, and rent collection, while ensuring compliance with property policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager also helps ensure the community is well-maintained, providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants while supporting the Community Manager in meeting property performance goals.
