What to Expect

The Sr. Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible to execute regional product, program and pilot strategies to drive HCA asset growth across retail, lease, CPO, CVF, commercial and insurance in alignment with OEM Regions. In addition, this role requires collaborating and mentoring of the assigned region Business Development Managers (BDM). Driving is an essential function of this position.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, and using a computer. Work is performed in an office and / or external field environment. Must be willing to relocate. Overnight travel required.
