Responsibilities :

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to map out system layouts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of electrical systems and components to ensure peak performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of systems.
• Collaborate closely with other trades to keep jobs on schedule and within budget, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Maintain strict safety standards and comply with all regulations and site requirements, conducting safety audits and addressing potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients on job sites, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or questions.
