Responsibilities :
Develop and standardize operational process and workstream for the team and creator community, including recruitment, verification, activation, feedback and education;
run Partner selection, development, management & support.
Vendor Management : Lead vendor management, including diverse sourcing, briefs, scope, contract negotiation, legal assessments, payments, approvals, timelines, etc.
for community initiatives.
- Education : Develop educational curriculum and touchpoints to best meet the needs of creators to help ensure equitable outcomes including product education, best practices, community building to add value to a large network of creators.
- Community Engagement : Partner with Marketing for creator meetings and webinars through deck / agenda creation, facilitation, attendance, question tracking + responses, creator engagement.
- ADD sentiment, driving community engagement e,g, freestyle Fridays
- Metrics and Reporting : Create + maintain program reporting framework for The Network by WTC + DT. Partner with S&O and BS to support measurement by working across workstreams to capture key metrics and data points used to evaluate program success.
- Product Expert and Escalations : Maintain product literacy and identify product updates and trends to share weekly / monthly with the Community Manager.
Lead partner product escalations.
Product Equity Liaison : Liaise with Product Equity Lead to identify issues and trends faced by historically underserved creators and working with Product Equity Lead to surface to product teams and identify resources for addressing potential gaps.
Where possible, supporting Product Equity co-design and panels.
Develop and Manage team budgets
Requirements :
- years of professional experience in integrated marketing and project management at a media company, agency, or brand
- years of experience working with diverse communities in marketings or sales
- Proven track record of driving success in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
- Open, collaborative and self driven team player with strong problem solving and project management skills, including stakeholder management and engagement
- Ability to manage complex programs and integrate multiple priorities and to ensure strong outcomes for all stakeholders
- Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions, and clients
- Knowledge of products, advertising marketplace and ad products
Preferred :
- Beauty industry knowledge and experience working with diverse communities, creators, and programs.

Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
