Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessment of mobility, balance, strength, and pain levelsDevelop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goalsImplement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical function and reduce painProvide hands-on physical therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfortMonitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated and effective careEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote independence and recoveryMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plansStay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunitiesRequirements :
Current state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.A Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.Benefits :
