MERCHANDISING MANAGER, BAGS / SLG

We're looking for a Merchandising Manager, Bags / SLG to join our growing team. In this role, you will scale Quince's Bags & SLGs category - owning the assortment, pricing, and profitability end to end. You'll combine product intuition with data-driven decision-making to build a high-performing assortment that delights customers and accelerates Quince's growth.

Success in this position means driving exceptional growth in the Bags & SLGs category by delivering an assortment that balances data-driven insights with great product instinct - meeting customer needs, achieving margin and revenue targets, and strengthening Quince's reputation for luxury-quality goods at accessible prices.This role plays a critical part in advancing both our team's goals and Quince's broader mission.

Pay Range : $90,000 - $140,000

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
