WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Oncology & Hematology team in Adams County. Our organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 250 care locations, nine hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. About the Position

• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Full-time 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday. After completing orientation, the NP will participate in a night / weekend call rotation approximately 1 : 4. The APP will be supported by physician backup during call rotation.
• Responsible for 9+ patients per day, infusion room oversight, consultations, and follow-up visits in collaboration with the attending physician(s)
• The practice is currently staffed by 3 Board Certified Medical Oncology / Hematology Physicians. This is a well-established, growing practice with two of the three physicians employed greater than 5 years.
• Opportunity to participate in various committees and councils.
• Opportunity to earn up to $8500 annually for established quality metrics.
